Chosen blind by the family, from barrels aged between 6 and 9 years, the distinctive Medley mash bill of high-corn, high-barley, and low-rye packs rich baking spice, maturity and complexity, and a clean, dry finish into every glass; 250 years of bourbon-making tradition can be tasted in every bottle.
