Larceny Barrel Proof Batch B522 comes in at 123.8 proof making it one of the higher proof releases to date. The mash bill is 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. Every release in this annual series ages six to eight years, bottled straight from the barrel. The proof and flavors vary by release.
Barrel Proof is a brand extension for Heaven Hill’s Larceny Bourbon that was launched in 2020. It consists of bourbin made from a wheated mash bill from barrels aged 6 to 8 years, bottled uncut, non chill-filtered.
