Our Twenty-One Year Old Single Malt has sweet Sherry aromas because it was aged in the finest hand-selected first-fill oak casks. A soft smoky finish is followed by raspberry, Seville orange, and subtle spice.
Color dark amber. Aromas of sweet sherry with undertones of citrus, ginger, and oak and a hint of smoke.
PALATE Initially sweet with flavors of Seville orange, raspberry, and cracked black pepper, the palate transitions to baked apple and subtle spice.
Finalize with soft smoke and charred oak.
